About this demo. This is a live demo of the model Neurolabs uses to read shelf price tags, promo panels and posters. The demo works out for itself whether your crop is a price tag, a promo or a poster. Results can be wrong. Do not rely on them for pricing, compliance or purchasing decisions.

What to upload. A close crop of a single price tag, promo or poster that you have the right to upload. Please do not upload people, faces, staff, personal data or confidential material, or full shelf photos. The demo is not for people under 16.

What we do with your image. We check your image, remove its metadata, and send it to our own model to read it. We store it in cloud storage for up to about three weeks, then it is deleted automatically. We do not publish or share your image, and we do not use it to train models. Staff may look at uploads to check for misuse and to fix problems.

Your IP address and location. With each upload we record the time, what the model read, your IP address and an approximate location worked out from it (city, country and the network, for example your company's internet provider). We use this to keep the demo secure, to understand who uses it, and to follow up with companies that show business interest. The record is kept for the same period as the image, up to about three weeks. Our hosting provider's request logs also hold IP addresses for up to 30 days.

Who we are and who helps us. Neurolaboratories Limited (Neurolabs) is responsible for your data in this demo. We use cloud service providers to host the demo and to process and store uploads, and a bot-protection service to check that you are not a bot. Data may be processed in the United States.

Why we are allowed to. We process this data to give you the demo you asked for, to keep it secure and within its limits, to understand who uses it and to follow up on business interest (our legitimate interests). You can object to this at any time. We do not ask for personal data.

Your choices. You can ask us to remove an upload and its record, to tell you what we hold, or to stop processing it, by emailing legal@neurolabs.ai with roughly when you uploaded it. We will reply within 30 days. You can complain to your data protection authority.

Rights in your image. You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it and run the model on it for this demo. Brands and logos in images belong to their owners, and no endorsement is implied.

Using the demo. Please do not try to overload or probe the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may pause or end the demo at any time. It is planned to end on 31 December 2026.
